It is with deep regret that Rider University announces the passing of a member of our community, Dr. Ludmila Kapschutschenko-Schmitt,  professor of Spanish. Ludmila passed away suddenly after suffering a fatal heart attack in her home in Lawrenceville on the evening of Monday, July 13. She had been a faculty member in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures since 1983.
