Scholarly Activities - October 2008

• Dr. Sylvia Bulgar, associate professor of Teacher Education, has been invited to hold an honorary appointment as a senior researcher at the Robert B. Davis Institute for Learning (RBDIL) of Rutgers University in New Brunswick. This courtesy appointment brings together scholars from all over the world as off-site collaborators with the RBDIL to implement scholarly projects and initiatives.

• Adjunct professor of Chinese Jane Jiang won third prize in Sino-Monthly New Jersey Magazine’s 16th Short Story Literature contest on September 21.
