Rider to Host Taste of Lawrenceville
The Rider University community is invited to indulge in seasonal delicacies from local eateries and farms at the third annual Taste of Lawrenceville. This year’s event, themed “Celebrating the Harvest Moon,” will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 12, in the Bart Luedeke Center Cavalla Room.
The event benefits Lawrenceville Main Street, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a sense of community and continuing the revitalization of the historic downtown area. The event will also offer more than 60 beers, wines and spirits, live music, a silent auction and a 50/50 fundraiser.
The ticket price for the Taste of Lawrenceville is $60 per person in advance or $75 at the door. Tickets will be available at the Lawrenceville Main Street Office, 17 Phillips Avenue, through Friday, October 10. To order by phone, please call 609-219-9300. Students must be 21 and present a valid ID.
