Dr. Dominick Finello, professor emeritus of Spanish, was awarded the Order of Don Quijote by Sigma Delta Pi, the National Spanish Honor Society.

With this award, Dr. Finello, who was nominated by members of Rider’s Spanish section, joins distinguished faculty from all over the country, as annual induction into this prestigious order is typically limited to approximately 3 to 5 individuals per year. 

The award was presented during Sigma Delta Pi’s honor society inductions on March 25 in the Bart Luedeke Center Theater.
