If you are planning to study one of these majors and scored below 550 on the Math portion of the SAT, you will be required to take both the Math Skills Test and the Math & Science majors test.

      Foreign Language

You can take your Foreign Language Placement Test either at Rider or online by clicking the link below.  All students in the School of Liberal Arts & Sciences must take a foreign language or demonstrate proficiency at least through level two.  This test is required if you plan to continue with a language you have previously studied, but if you plan to enroll in a foreign language that you have not studied before, you do not need to take the Foreign Language Placement Test.

If you are a student in the College of Business or School of Education you are not required to fulfill a foreign language requirement, but you should take the Foreign Language Placement Test if you plan to continue studying a foreign language while you are at Rider.
