New Student Resource Center

Freshman Seminar
Freshman seminar is a structured advising experience for new students . Its purpose is to support students in making a smooth transition from high school to college by providing information and guidance in such areas as time management, study skills, and effective use of Rider’s resources. It is non-credit and offered without any additional tuition charge. Participation in freshman seminar is required for all freshman entering Rider.
