Carol Kondrach leads the Office of Information Technologies. In her role, she focuses on planning and implementation of all computing, networking and telecommunications needs of academic and administrative offices.
Carol built her achievements in the field of information technology on a foundation of a wide range of experiences, ranging from the development of computing solutions in support of government research initiatives to working as a management consultant developing and implementation enterprise resource planning systems.
A 1982 graduate of LaSalle University, Kondrach worked as a computer programmer, a and systems engineer before becoming a management consultant for the Deloitte & Touche in 1987.
In 1992, Carol joined Rider University as an end user consultant, was promoted in 1995 to Director of Academic Computing, and appointed to her current role in 1998.
Associate Vice President for Information Technologies Responsibilities:
- Provide vision and leadership in information technology planning, program development, and goal implementation for the University.
- Identify and implement new technologies relevant to the University’s mission to shape policies, programs, and services.
- Set and monitor priorities and lead the development of standards and policies for the use of technology resources and facilities
- Develop policies to provide cost-effective, equitable, and secure delivery of technology services
