PT Billing Solution is a software company, specializing in Physical Therapy Clinic software for small to medium sized businesses. Our software helps small business owners….run their own business adequately! We offer a fast-paced, but business casual work environment where we work hard but focus on work-life balance.

Description = Provide daily incident resolution by providing solutions and workarounds to customers on known problems. Track, diagnose, replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve the majority of issues.  •    Offer complete and timely technical explanations to customers throughout the incident resolution process.  •     Identify and escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the Customer Care. Provide the appropriate level of detail of documentation to appropriate candidate. • Other duties of a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE include receiving and placing calls and filing. • Candidate that can multi-task would be ideal. • Must involve in enhancement of existing software using ASP/SQL Server 2005/Crystal Report. • Also involve in new development of software using .net environment/ reporting services. • Write and update as require the documentation of the application(s). • Demonstration of company’s products to prospects. • 
Qualifications = Requirements: •  Previous support experience for a technical product required.  •    Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical customers.  •    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written. •    Computer literacy, including experience with Windows, MS Office and Internet.  •    Team player able to work in a cooperative environment while working toward team based goals and objectives.  • Ability to identify priorities based on business needs  • Attention to detail  • Anticipate client needs  • Flexibility • Provide support to other members of the business unit • Some traveling requires • Must have some software development experience • .net development is plus   Qualifications will include: • Must have Customer Service experience!  • Must have some software development experience • Excellent oral communication skills on the telephone  • Excellent written skills • Must possess good interpersonal skills to interact with persons at all levels and outside of the Association  • College Degree or equivalent  • 2-3 years Experience  • Hour are 8:00am to 5:00pm  (Must be flexible to work longer hours)

Hours = PT to FT hours
Salary = $12 to $14
Start_Date = ASAP
