Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School district is seeking a highly qualified visionary to lead one of the top-rated school districts in Northern New Jersey.  The candidate will lead two high schools serving over 2300 students from three communities: Franklin Lakes, Oakland and Wyckoff.  The district provides a comprehensive high school program with a dynamic university program academy and a strong focus on academic and athletic excellence, offering opportunities for participation in a wide variety of extra-curricular activities.  The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and is capable of continuing the Board's commitment to provide educational excellence for all students.

Qualifications:

• NJ School Administrator Certificate or Certificate or Eligibility required.
• A minimum of 3 years central office experience required.
• Secondary experience preferred.
• Classroom teaching experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent preferred.
