Detailed Description :
Salesforce.com is the world's leading online Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool that has been adopted by Merrill Lynch for use by Financial Advisors and Client Associates. To support the need of the field, a team of dedicated individuals is being created. The primary responsibility of the Salesforce specialist will be to act as a point of contact (via phone) to the field for incoming inquiries. These can range from navigation of the application, tutorials on features, or basic processes/procedures associated to the tools. Other related topics may include tool administration, data conversion, and technology related inquiries. Specialists will be required to form a complete understanding of the application and maintain the ability to work with business partners throughout the firm and at Salesforce to resolve issues.

The Salesforce.com specialist will primarily be responsible for handling incoming contacts from Financial Advisors and Client Associates regarding the Salesforce application. In the event that business needs demand it, specialists may also be responsible for other related online FA tools and applications associated to the Web Based Services desk such as FA.com and Materials Online.

Job Requirements :
Candidates must obtain a minimum of 3 on previous review rating (internal candidates only).  Willing to obtain series 7 and 63. Also required is the ability to exceed in all six competencies listed below.
