Position responsibilities include but are not limited to providing project-specific support for CRAs and for investigational site personnel with direct from project manager, ensuring adherence to responsibilities assigned to Theradex by contract with a Sponsor, possibly training CRAs in project-specific areas, assisting in administration of the conduct of approximately 1 - 2 trials, tracking status of project(s), tracking reporting and follow-up of serious adverse event, discharging various project-specific responsibilities of management and CRAs as support personnel, and monitoring (on-site) study progress with project manager input.
The successful candidate will have knowledge in the pharmaceutical and/or clinical capacity preferably with Oncology, possess at least a bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline, and possess strong MS Office skills. Position requires a limited amount of travel, if any. Thorough knowledge of SOPs of Theradex and specific Sponsor SOPs as well as knowledge of current Federal regulations and any applicable guidelines is highly desired. Knowledge in all appropriate project-specific areas, including aspects of the research as specified by contract, is important. Highly developed interpersonal written and oral communication skills, highly developed leadership skills, and effective computer skills are required. Incumbent will be highly effective in setting and meeting personal short- and long-term goals to complete assignments, will have the ability to anticipate problems relating to projects and to develop and implement solutions.
