Description = White Rose Inc. is looking for talented and ambitious college graduates willing to learn our business from the front lines. The Category Management Trainee will be hired to be developed for a leadership role within our company at an accelerated pace. This position offers fast growth, competitive compensation, and benefits.  The Management Trainee will be expected to successfully negotiate his/her way through our rigorous and highly selective recruiting process with an emphasis in customer service and vendor negotiations.  •The candidate will first work as a member of our reset team.   •After the candidate has received ample retail experience they will learn the inner workings and philosophy of White Rose as a Category Management Analyst. During this period they will gain technical and analytical expertise while training both in office and on the road with a Retail Sales Counselor.  •Next they will learn the basics of warehouse replenishment while working as a Re-order Buyer. Additionally the candidate will be able to attend category manager vendor negotiations, leading to working with the merchandising department negotiating ads.   •Starting salary is negotiable, but offers start at $35,000.   •Candidate will be expected to work 8:30 to 4:30pm.
