The Hamilton Township Board of Education is seeking a Superintendent to provide educational leadership and administrative management to a diverse, growing, high performing PreK-8 suburban (113 square miles) district in Atlantic County.  Currently the school district serves 3200 students in 3 buildings, with an operating budget of 37 million and 300 professional staff.

Qualifications:

• NJ School Administrator Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility required
• Central Office and/or Principal experience required
• Successful experiences in building management and teaching required
• Achievement and leadership in curriculum development, finance, labor relations, personnel management, and communications

Position available on or about September 1, 2008.  Salary will be competitive and negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
