Our unique school district, in Ocean County, New Jersey, seeks an educational leader who challenges all students to reach high standards.  Our K-12 district consists of four schools where student achievement is a top priority.  Our operating budget of approximately $22 million supports our 1,800+ students and 200+ staff members.

Qualifications:

• Successful teaching and administrative experience K-12
• Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated success in promoting student achievement, parental and community involvement, and professional development
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Possess certification or eligibility as a New Jersey School Administrator
