Description = Summary: This position is accountable for the assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial data and preliminary reports and for maintenance and initial reconciliation of accounts. This position is also responsible for identifying, recommending, and implementing improvements to the workflow process. Performs other assignments as required by management.  Responsibilities:  Monitors performance against budget and perform variance analysis. Ensures the timely and accurate preparation and analysis of financial data. Recommend corrective action as necessary. Reconciles designated accounts, to verify accounting procedures and controls to ensure accurate expenses are charged to the division. Analyzes designated entries to ensure accurate financial records. Investigates unusual items as they are identified to ensure amounts are proper.

Education/Experience:  Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or Economics.  General office experience a plus

Hours = FT - 40 hours
