FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER - DSD SALES Job 21286 PA, Fort Washington Job description: Kellogg Company is seeking a Financial Business Partner to provide financial leadership to the Regional DSD Sales Execution Team. The Financial Business Partner will: - Support business improvements with financial analysis and project assistance; - Drive optimal business structure for the North execution team; - Support the North account team on overhead management; - Develop and execute mix management strategies; - Provide education and training; - Develop insights to drive business performance; - Adopt from and share best practices with the South team; - Provide financial leadership to the DSD Sales Execution Director and team; - Create ad-hoc analyses to develop business insights; - Provide financial analysis on sales overhead, including T&E, labor and vehicle expenses; - Work with sales team to execute changes to improve business performance; - Provide monthly mix reporting; - Inform team of risks and opportunities; - Maximize the return on the Region Sales overhead investment by analyzing business structure options to support decisions by the North execution and Account teams in determining the best zone and Account structures; - Execute mix management strategies. Requirements: A Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, plus a minimum of four years relevant experience is required. An MBA is preferred. Experience Requirements: Candidate must: - Have knowledge of accounting principles. - Be able to work with employees at all levels of the organization. - Be able to work within timelines and in pressure situations. - Be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally. - Have computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc). - Possess strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision making skills. - Be able to analyze and interpret financial information. - Be able to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities. - Be able to travel 10 – 20%. Ideal candidate will also possess one or more of the following: - Knowledge of DSD business. - Knowledge of Kellogg financial systems. - Business partnering skills - An MBA To
