Position_Description = As an Investor Service Advisor (ISA), this person will play a key role in the Financial Advisory Centers (FAC) growth strategy. They will deliver superior advice and guidance to our clients by listening to their goals and objectives. The ISA will provide investment, savings, and liability management solutions to help develop financial strategies though the utilization of our Quick Goal Assessment Analysis. Their responsibilities will also include building our client base through our institutional relationships by educating prospects on their retirement and investment options by positioning the value of the Total MerrillSM offer. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain a high level of personal integrity and comply with the Guidelines for Business Conduct as stated by Merrill Lynch. Strong ability to consolidate assets from our existing client base as well as prospective Merrill Lynch clients Knowledge of investme!
nts and financial markets with ability to apply key principles appropriately to the individual client's investment needs Ability to cross sell Merrill Lynch products and services where appropriate Have a passion for excellence, customer service, process efficiency and time management. The successful ISA will consistently identify client opportunities and follow through on these opportunities to best serve clients.
Qualifications = Series 7/66 required Comfort with Internet technology and good personal computer skills Passion for excellence and willingness to work to exceed client expectations Appropriately apply FAC Investment Process Principles Capable of effectively operating in a team oriented and highly collaborative environment Extraordinary interpersonal skills, a strong team orientation and resilience Bachelor's degree in a business related discipline is strongly preferred Fast-learner able to grasp complex technical material quickly
