We have an immediate opening for an experienced full-time Purchasing Agent/Customer Care VIP with a lot of personality. We are looking for someone highly energetic with an explosive personality and a pleasant phone voice. Bi-lingual candidates are welcomed. Some previous purchasing and customer service experience would be ideal, however, we are willing to train sharp and eager-to-learn candidates. Must have excellent verbal communication and writing skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook).

You will be the heart of our office; the go-to person for our clients, vendors, staff, keeper of our latest office gossip! As a Purchasing Agent/Customer Care VIP, you will be an important part of our team as you keep us organized and help focus on important components that will contribute to the success of our business.

Purchasing aspect would include:
• Negotiating with vendors (we deal with over 50 different vendors)
• Researching new products and new vendors
• Generating and entering Purchase Orders
• Receiving Purchase Orders
• Managing Inventory levels

Customer Care aspect would include:
• Provide high quality customer care
• Customer communication through inbound/outbound calls and emails
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge during customer calls
• Invoicing, order tracking, purchase orders and phone orders
• Be proactive with our Customers (call them regarding deals or specials)
• Assist with our sales staff

CompensationSalary range $35-$40K, depending upon experience.
Benefits include: Medical, 2 weeks vacation and monthly bonus incentives
Hours:
Typically 8:30am – 4:30pm, but we’re flexible!
