Redpoint Bio is a biotechnology firm that identifies and develops compounds to improve the taste of pharmaceutical, food and beverage products.

Description = Redpoint Bio is seeking a laboratory assistant for our In Vivo pharmacology laboratories at our Philadelphia site.  The position will involve data collection in both rat and mouse models.  Some animal husbandry, including body weight, may be required.

Qualifications = The successful candidate should be a junior or senior in a Bachelor's Psychology, Biology, or Pharmacology program or a related discipline.  Experience working with animals is a plus, although not required.  Experience in rodent models of conditioning would be excellent.  The applicant is expected to have basic computer skills, including knowledge of graphing and spreadsheet software.

Salary = $13.00-$15.00
