We’re currently seeking a highly-skilled Priority Client Representative.  In this role the representative will need to go above and beyond forwarding clients to other departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and fact finding skills, be willing to go the extra mile by facilitating calls with Data Providers and conferencing in the home office support teams with advisors whenever necessary. They must possess core application knowledge with regard to ROR, cost basis and historical entry. Must work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Consistently works to achieve the 95% service level required in PCS team
• Priority Client team reps must complete all the Service Quality Certification programs by Q2 2007
• 90% of the calls answered in less than 20 seconds
• Complete the average turnaround time on all issues is 4 days
• Completion of daily checklists
• Extremely detail orientated with verbal and written communication
• Participation in Six Sigma projects
• Completion of Six Sigma Yellow Belt course, strongly recommend completing the Green Belt course as well
• May be required to travel and must be comfortable in a client conference setting including  answering questions and presenting data

Requirements:
• 2-4 years in the financial services industry; preferably the brokerage, banking or insurance market place.
• Proficient understanding of online applications.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must have experience serving clients
• Must have strong documentation skills.
• Must have a positive attitude and be comfortable in a dynamic, fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
