Description: Health Corps, a comprehensive health education program, founded and developed by heart surgeon and bestselling author Mehmet Oz, is seeking dynamic, proactive, and engaging individuals to teach its school curriculum and coordinate community health education events. Coordinators will be a part of a national initiative launched in response to a drastic decline in the health of our nation. Based upon a “Peace Corps” model of employment, Coordinators serve a maximum of two years in a designated school.  The mission of Health Corps is to increase individual awareness and to create a generation of self empowered individuals today, for a healthier America tomorrow.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum GPA of 3.0  • Passion for Health and wellness • Experience working with students and communities • Energy and ability to engage others in the mission of HealthCorps • Proactive and Solution seeker !• Flexible and ability to work well with a team • Self starter • U.S. Citizen PAY: Based on site and state of Coordinators; health insurance, and travel provided. Coordinator Positions are available in New York, New Jersey, California, Texas, and Florida.
