Currently, Manheim New Jersey is seeking a Management Trainee for our Philadelphia, Central and Southern New Jersey regions for our global vehicle remarketing company located in Burlington County, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to jump start their management careers and gain valuable marketing and sales experience.
Responsibilities
# Create and Conduct presentations to customers to educate them on our wide range of products and services including financial, technological and logistical capabilities
# Support customers to enhance and increase their participation at our state of the art remarketing facility
# Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing and business plans
# Compile list of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources
# Travel throughout assigned territory to call on and visit regular and prospective customers in an effort to develop new and retain existing business
# Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and issues. Serve as a liaison between customers and company personnel to maintain a high degree of customer service.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to conduct professional presentations. He or She will also be highly energetic and self motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. A proficiency in computers with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications. Zero to three years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred. Salary: $40-$45,000 yr.
