Summary:  This program/position will help develop future managers by giving them in-depth experience into the inner workings of different departments within the Logistics and Distribution areas of the company.  The trainee will stay in each department on a performance/need timeframe.

Qualifications: 
Skills:   Excellent communcation and organizational skills; Ability to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently; good analytical ability; Willingness and openness to learn and to be mentored; General knowledge and use of office equipment; PC literate with MS Word, Excl, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.

Experience/Education:
Bachelor's degree of technical specialty
0-2 years of work experience in business environment

Shift:  8;30 am to 5:00 pm
Overtime:   As needed
Physical requirements:  Minimal
