Required criteria: NJ principal or School Administrator Certification; 5 years successful teaching, elementary school level preferred; demonstrated leadership ability; demonstrated capacity to provide instructional leadership; knowledge of budget development and management; knowledge of instructional applications of technology and proficiency with computer-related technology; through understanding of elementary school philosophy, program and curriculum development, evaluation, supervision, special education and professional development; excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and management skills; evidence of good moral character as determined by reference checks, fingerprint review, and observations.
