The Director of Residence Life, reports to the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs. The primary responsibility of the Director of Residence Life is managing and directing the operations and programs in Residence Life including developing new academic learning opportunities in residence, establishing and evaluating residence life programs and services, and strategic planning for the Residence Life program.

Supervision Responsibilities:

1. Associate Director of Residence Life, and three Area Directors
2. Support staff
3. Indirect supervision of the Manager of Campus Card System, 12 Resident Directors and 54 Resident Advisors
