The Office of Campus Life complements the academic experience and strives to enrich the community experience at Rider University through our programs and services. The Office of Campus Life enhances the educational and leadership experience by providing developmental opportunities, exposure to and participation in social, cultural, spiritual, multicultural, intellectual, recreational, community service and campus governance programs. The programs and services of Campus Life are intended to instill a sense of self worth and awareness within students so they become active, responsible and civically engaged adults in today’s society. - Student Life at Westminster – Princeton Campus
The Associate Dean of Students Office on the Princeton Campus supervises and/or works closely with many offices based on both campuses, including Residence Life, Student Activities/Leadership, Career Services, Safety and Security, Counseling Services, and Multicultural Affairs/International Services. The Assistant Dean of Students for Student Life is responsible for providing leadership opportunities on the Princeton campus, as well as advising the Student Government Association on the Princeton campus. - Student Government Association
The student government of Rider University acts as a liaison for Rider University students to faculty, staff, and administration and assists in the coordination of student activities on campus. SGA provides students with an opportunity to make a difference on campus and serve their fellow students, while learning valuable leadership skills that students will carry with them long after they graduate. There is a Student Government Association in place at both of Rider’s Campuses. - Emerging Leaders
The Emerging Leaders program offers all new students an opportunity to become involved in campus life and begin to develop the leadership skills needed to be successful in a professional career. As a first year Emerging Leader, you will network with fellow new students while also connecting with key student leaders, alumni, staff, and faculty. You will design and implement major student social events and become recognized as a significant student leader among your peers. There are Emerging Leader classes at both of Rider’s Campuses.- Emerging Leaders Lawrenceville – Office of Campus Life 609-896-5327
