If you are a P/T Graduate or P/T Continuing Studies student you are required to have:

• Submit official documentation of immunization twice against the Mumps, Measles, and Rubella (MMR) virus.  THIS LAW DOES NOT APPLY TO STUDENTS RECEIVING A CERTIFICATION, AS THESE STUDENTS DO NOT RECEIVE A DEGREE.
  
  • Learn more about how to locate your immunizations
    
• Read the Meningitis Vaccine Letter and download and complete the Vaccine Reporting form and return to:
    
     Rider University Student Health Services
     2083 Lawrence Road
     Lawrenceville, New Jersey 08648
     or
     faxed to the Health Center at 609.895.5682.

If you are a F/T Graduate student you are required to have:

• Insurance

• Any student taking 12 credits or more must submit proof of Hepatitis Vaccination.

If you will be living on campus, you must have the meningitis vaccine.

If you are a student who is RECEIVING A CERTIFICATION and ATTENDING FULL TIME:

• you’re exempt from the immunization requirement
• however, you must show proof of Insurance
