CL Voorhees is in her 11th season as the head coach for Rider cheerleading, having joined the Rider staff in the Fall of 1996.  Over that time, Voorhees has seen the squad grow from 12 members to 22 as athletics has gone from the Northeast Conference into the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.   

During the 2000-01 season the team won two first place titles at CANAM Baltimore competition and the Loyola Invitational.

In 2004, the cheerleading team placed sixth at the Small Co-ed UCA College Nationals.  The first time in Rider’s history that the team attended Nationals.

Voorhees is a member of the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Advisors.
