Tim Lengle is in his sixth year as the head athletic trainer at Rider University.  After graduating in 1995 from the West Chester University, Lengle earned his his Master degree in Counseling from Rider University in 1999.

A certified athletic trainer since 1995, Lengle was a student athletic trainer at West Chester University as an undergraduate, and served as a graduate assistant at Rider while obtaining his Master degree.  Lengle then returned to West Chester University as an instructor in the Sports Medicine Program from 1999-2001.

In 2005, Lengle served on the State of New Jersey Governor’s Task Force on Steroid Use and Prevention.  The work of this Task Force, made up of physicians, athletic trainers, and school administrators, eventually resulted in the creation of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association’s random championship testing program. 

Lengle’s responsibilities for the 2006-2007 year include wrestling and cross country.

A native of Harleysville, PA, Lengle is a graduate of Souderton Area High School, where he earned letters in Football and Ice Hockey.
