Paul Lano is in his third season as a volunteer assistant coach with the Rider volleyball team. Lano has been employed by the State of New Jersey Department of Labor for more than 20 years, working as a design technician in the Workforce Development Department for the past eight. Lano has also coached at Princeton University, Lawrenceville School and the Princeton Day School. At Princeton University, Lano coached the women’s club volleyball team. An 18-year club volleyball player, Lano played volleyball while serving as an engineer in the U.S. Army, and now serves as a Reservist.
