Team captain…at the 2006 MAAC Championship placed first in both the 200 butterfly (2:05:97) and the 100 butterfly (57:12), setting a MAAC record in the 100....placed third in the 200 IM (2:10:01), was part of the winning 800 free relay, the 400 free relay and the 200 free relay, and was part of the 200 medley relay which finished second…at the 2006 ECAC Championships finished fifth in the 200 butterfly (2:07:87), sixth 100 free (54:15) and was part of the 400 free relay which finished third…against Iona finished first in the 200 butterfly (2:09:77)...placed first in the 50 free (25:44) against Drexel... against Marist finished second in the 50 free (25:21)...placed second in the 200 butterfly against UMBC...at the 2005 ECAC Championships was second in the 200 butterfly (2:05.60) and finished fifth in the 100 butterfly (57.33)…at 2005 MAAC Championship won the 200 butterfly (2:05.95), the 100 butterfly (57.37), placed second in the 200 individual medley (2:08.95), swam on winning 200 free relay and the silver medal winning 400 medley relay…finished fifth in the 200 butterfly in a Rider record time of 2:05.43 at the 2005 Princeton Invitational…co-winner of the 2004 MAAC Most Outstanding Performer award after winning the 100 butterfly (57.90) and the 200 butterfly (2:07.40), finishing second in the 50 free (24:61) and being a member of second place 200 free relay, the second place 400 free relay and the second place 200 IM relay…at the 2004 ECAC Championships finished fifth in the 100 butterfly and placed sixth in 200 fly…February 2004 Rider Athlete of the Month.

At Upper Darby High School:
Was a four-year letterwinner under coach Tara Burke…a four-time MVP…team captain senior year…four-time State qualifier and earned Athlete of the Year honors…four-time All-DELCO and All- Central League honors…also swam for Charlie Kennedy at the Suburban Swim Center for 11 years and qualified for the suburban sectional team…also a four-year member of the lacrosse team and was captain her senior year…Personal: daughter of John and Nancy Urbanski.
