Rider’s Crimoli ECAC Player of the Week

LAWRENCEVILLE—Rider University senior Gene Crimoli was named the Eastern College Athletic Conference Division I Baseball Player of the Week for all games played April 3-9.

A first baseman, Crimoli (Shrewsbury/Christian Brothers Academy) led Rider to a 4-0 week by batting .467, collecting seven hits, including a triple and a home run, while scoring six runs and knocking in three.

Also the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Player of the Week, Crimoli is currently batting .352 with 32 hits in 23 games, including a team-high four home runs and a team-high 21 RBI in 28 games.

For his career, Crimoli has 156 hits, 23rd highest ever at Rider.
