On Sunday, January 27, the Rider University men’s basketball team will play at the new Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Rider plays a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference game against Saint Peter’s at 2:30pm. At 12 noon that day, Seton Hall hosts Cincinnati. |

It wasn’t pretty, with 50 turnovers between the two teams, but the Broncs will take it. “If you are going to have a special season, you need to grab some of these along the way,” said Rider head coach Tommy Dempsey. “Once you get into the league play, it’s not always going to be pretty, you aren’t always going to feel like you played your best, but it really doesn’t matter anymore. It is about the end result, winning or losing.” |
