Class Descriptions
Rider Pump - We've got all your muscle groups covered in this resistance training class set to music.
Crunchtime - The ever-popular 30 minute, ab workout.
Yoga - Build strength, flexibility and find serenity.
Rider Ride - Indoor cycling to challenge endurance and strength.
Classes are operated on a first come-first served basis.
- Passes are required for classes with limited equipment. These include BodyPump, BodySculpting, Rider Ride and Basic Step.
- No late admittance.
- No cell phones.
- Inform the instructor if you are new to the class or need to leave early.
- Athletic shoes and attire are required.
