Group Exercise Classes

Group X-Cellent
Now your favorite classes are offered in 30 minute, 45 minute or 60 minute time slots, perfect for those who may want to workout in the fitness center and take classes! Lunch time and early evening classes make it even more convenient. Why not give it a try?

Passport to Fitness Challenge (pick up your game card at the SRC front desk)
Here's how to play: 

1. Receive a stamp from the instructor after every class you attend. Please 1 stamp per class. The challenge is to get 15 stamps and fill your Passport to Fitness Challenge Game Card.

2. Prizes will be awarded by raffle drawings: the more stamps you receive on your game card the better odds you have to win the grand prize. 

3. You can pick up your game card at anytime between October 19 - November 19, but the sooner you start playing the more chances you have to win.  

Prizes include: Gold's Gym workout bag & water bottle, Gold's Gym T-shirts, Rider University fleece blanket & guest pass for your friends and family members to use the gym.

  Class Descriptions
  • *Hatha Yoga:  A multi-level yoga class that helps increase flexibility, strength and focus.
  • *Express Ride:  No wasting time, a quick lunch hour cycling class. (45mins) 
  • *Rider Ride:  Ride with us in this indoor cycling class which improves cardiovascular endurance and lower body strength.
  • *Bosu Ball:  A full body workout using the bosu ball to increase strength and balance.
  • Cardio Kickboxing: A fun cardio class that combines karate, boxing and taekwondo. Guaranteed to increase your fitness level and reduce body fat. 
  • *Crunchtime: A half hour of abs workout that is sure to whittle away your waistline. (30mins)
  • *PowerToning:  A low impact total body conditioning class involving core, leg workout and overall strength training. 
  • ZUMBA: Merenque your way to fitness with a high energy Latin and International cardio dance class.

Rules and Regulations

  • You are required to have your hand stamped prior to entering a class.
  • We provide hand stamps at the front desk 30 minutes prior to the start of all classes.  
  • No late admittance or admittance without a hand stamp.
  • No cell phones.
  • Inform the instructor if you are new to the class or need to leave early.
  • Athletic shoes and attire are required.
  • HAVE FUN!
