Rider’s Fenlator Honored by MAAC

LAWRENCEVILLE-Jazmine Fenlator, a junior on the Rider University indoor track & field team, was named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Female Performer of the Week for all competition prior to December 5.

Fenlator (Wayne/Wayne Valley) led the Broncs to a second place finish at the Lafayette Invitational Saturday by winning both the weight throw and the shot put.

Fenlator broke the Rider record in the wt. throw with a toss of 54’1", which was also good enough to qualify for the ECAC Championships. The old record was 51’11", set last season.

Fenlator won the shot put with a toss of 44’4.75". Fenlator already holds the Rider record in the indoor shot put (46’0.75").

The Broncs compete again at Fordham's Christmas Invitational December 9.
