Men: Rider University 7, Morgan State 0
Women: Rider University 6, Morgan State 1

BALTIMORE, MD—The Broncs swept Morgan State Sunday. “The conditions were very poor with the strong winds, but we managed to overcome them and play well,” said Rider head coach Ed Torres.

For the men, junior Ragdee Saberon (Berlin, N.J./Overbrook) won at both first singles and first doubles, and senior Chris Stanco (Downingtown, PA) won at second singles and first doubles.

“Chris suffered an injury during the doubles play but continued, and played very well in singles,” Torres said. “this was a good win for the men.  They beat us 4-3 at our place last year.”

For the Rider women, twin sisters Devin and Caitlin Crawbuck (Jacobstown, N.J./Northern Burlington Regional) won at first doubles, while Devin won at second singles and Caitlin won at third singles.

The Rider women play at Fairleigh Dickinson Tuesday.
