Lancaster, a three-time Andrew J. Rider Scholar, was named Rider's NJAIAW Woman of the Year in 1998.  She was a three-time Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference champion in the 100 breaststroke and twice won the MAAC 200 breaststroke, setting both the Rider team and the Rider pool records in both events, while also setting the Lafayette College pool record in the 200 breaststroke. As a freshman she won the 100 and 200 breaststroke in the Metropolitan Conference Championships.
