Earned MAAC All-Academic team honors last season and was named Second Team All-New Jersey…was the Broncs’ most effective starter last year…led the team in wins and innings pitched…allowed just 1.49 walks per game, best on the team, and was second on the team in starts, runners picked off and winning percentage in 2006…third on the team in strikeouts, including 13 strikeouts looking…won seven out of eight starts between March 18 and May 13, 2006…collected MAAC wins over Marist, Siena, Fairfield, Iona, Niagara, Saint Peter’s and Canisius last year…pitched all nine innings in a MAAC win over Saint Peter’s...struck out seven in a playoff game against Manhattan last season...gave up only 14 walks all season...finished his rookie season fifth on the team in innings pitched, appearances, victories and games started…as a freshman struck out 11 Canisius batters in a complete game victory…as a rookie collected a save in the 9-8 win over Siena, getting out of a bases loaded jam with a strike out…earned the victory over Le Moyne as a freshman, pitching seven innings without a walk and allowing just two runs…allowed just one walk and one run in seven innings of work against Saint Peter’s in 2005...was 2-3 with a 5.87 ERA in MAAC competition as a freshman…earned All-Conference, All-Group II, and All-County honors at Cinnaminson High, graduating in the top 20 percent of his class…pitched a four-hit shutout to win the state semi-final game…two-time pitcher (2003 & 2004) for Burlington County’s Carpenter Cup squad...helped lead Cinnaminson of the Rancocas Valley summer league to championships in 2004, 2005 and 2006, posting an ERA under 2.00.
