Reserving the Library Presentation Center

The Library Presentation Center II (L-337) may be booked no more than three weeks in advance and if there is no conflict with a library instruction session.  Reservations are received on a first-come, first-served basis.  The Library Presentation Center may be reserved for classes which require a large screen viewing of audio/visual materials or computer presentations.   The room may not be used for non-library sponsored events at which no audio visual materials are used.   Food and drink are not allowed in the Library Presentation Center.   If a faculty member wishes to have his/her students use the Library Presentation Center for class preparation purposes, the faculty member must assume responsibility for the use of the Library Presentation Center, including the equipment use, by the students.
