The Libraries are strongly committed to excellence in serving user needs, and strive to provide superior library services to our students, faculty, staff and alumni. Dedicated and expert library faculty and staff ensure that user information needs are met, and that assistance and instruction are given as needed.
Mission Statement - Rider University Libraries are at the center of intellectual life of the University, stimulating pursuit of free and critical inquiry through collaborative partnerships. A qualified faculty and staff support the information needs of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends and visitors by offering access to scholarly collections and information sources. Fostering the development of information literacy and enhancing connections between teaching and learning for life-long success is emphasized. The libraries provide welcoming surroundings conducive to preservation and use of the diverse collections.

Special collections and a library of printed music for performance complete the collections. Located on Westminster Choir College's Princeton campus, the building is named for Katharine Houk Talbott.
Moore Library is a comprehensive general library with heavy emphasis on business, education, language and literature, communication and science. A collection of video and DVD formats and the Riderana/University Archives provide special support. Located on Rider's Lawrenceville campus, the building is named for Franklin F. Moore.
