Why did you choose Rider? Outstanding business school with close proximity to work.

What do you like about Rider? CCS offered classes that fit my hectic schedule, allowing me to continue my education while retaining a full time position.

What is your favorite class, and why?  Career management. This course encouraged me to enrich my present career of twenty years instead starting a new career path. I felt I had become stagnate but was not seeing the whole picture. Dr. Klein opened my eyes to new opportunities that were right in front of me; I just did not see them. 

What person at Rider has had the most impact on you, and why?  Angela Gonzalez Walker. As my adviser, she continually encouraged me to strive for success and preserver. There were many times I felt over whelmed and wanted to give up but Angela always had a logical, systematic approach to problems that made them manageable.  

What are your career plans following graduation?   To continue my career as an Aircraft Inspector with Bristol Meyers Squibb’s corporate flight department. This is a management position I was just promoted to because of my education at Rider University combined with my work experience. My education has given me an edge over other applicants with similar work experience.
