Randy S. Kertes, a 1984 Rider geosciences graduate, received his M.S. degree in geology from the University of Cincinnati in 1995, where he concentrated in sedimentary textures, and currently holds the rank of Adjunct Instructor. Randy is an Associate with Ginsburg Development, LLC in Hopewell, NJ, and he has a broad background in environmental sciences, particularly soil, lake, and groundwater remediation, environmental assessments, and air quality issues. Randy also is the creator of, and driving force behind, the multidisciplinary and innovative Centennial Lake Watershed Restoration Project on campus. As a result, he has been honored by Rider University and the Rider University Alumni Association.
