Please return your check and this form to the Cashier's Office, Bart Luedeke Center, Rider University, 2083 Lawrenceville Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648-3099. Application Deadlines are:

March 27, for Summer
July 24, for Fall
December 5, for Spring
