Excellence in Executive Leadership (ExcEL): Woman Student Leaders Connecting with the Top:
On February 20th, the CDLS partnered with Merrill Lynch to host an exclusive networking event. 10 female Rider students were invited to meet with Deborah Shepherd, Regional Managing Director with Merrill Lynch and Victoria Kniewel, Superintendent of Schools. The event was a great success.

Leadership Day 2009:
Rider students from various clubs and organizations attended Leadership Day on January 23rd. Among the speakers were Elaine Penn, established speaker, singer, and educator as well as Dr.Donna Dennis, executive coach and facilitator.

Special Olympics Bowling: LDP members volunteered to support the Special Olympics of New Jersey at the Curtis Lanes Bowling Alley in Ewing, NJ.
Lower East Side Leadership Trip:  On October 11, 2008, LDP members took a tour of New York's Lower East Side and met with Roberto Rangone, Director of the Business Development Initiative, a not-for-profit organization that works toward revitalizing businesses of the Lower East Side.
