Curriculum & Program Schedule
The program consists of two parts: the first half delivers a solid foundation in business concepts and basic leadership and team skills; the second half provides Advanced Executive Sessions with courses in accounting, finance, marketing, management, strategy, and international business (which includes an international experience). By using case analysis and discussion, as well as group learning, these courses teach you to translate theory into practice. Courses also employ weekly online assignments for active learning outside of class. A series of five skill sessions are also included in the curriculum.
The unique structure of our Executive MBA program enables you to complete your degree in about 21 months while continuing to meet your professional and personal responsibilities. Almost every Saturday, you take two classes and each course is 8 weeks long—seven classes with an exam or conclusion during the eighth week.
