Sigma Iota Epsilon is an honorary professional fraternity in management and human resources.
Sigma Iota Epsilon is open to juniors and seniors in the Management and Human Resources department who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher and at least a 3.5 GPA within their major (having taken at least 2 courses beyond MGT 201).
MBA students are also eligible for membership if they have a 3.5 GPA or higher and demonstrate, through their selection of courses, an interest in management or human resource management.
