Application Process and Requirements

1. Students Seeking Degree Status
Rider University reviews applicants seeking a degree on a rolling admission basis. Once an application is complete with all the necessary documentation, the committee on admissions will review your file. You can expect to be notified of the decision within approximately two weeks.
To apply, submit:
  • the Rider University CCS Application
  • the $50 non-refundable application fee
  • Official transcripts from every college and university attended
  • Official high school transcripts or GED records scores if you have completed less than 30 college credits
  • Statement of personal, professional, or career goals
2. Students Seeking Non-Matriculated Status
Rider University practices rolling admissions, which means that the University accepts and reviews applications on an ongoing basis. Once your application is complete, you will be notified of an admissions decision.
To apply, submit:
  • the Rider University CCS Application
  • the $50 non-refundable application fee
  • Official transcripts from every college and university attended
  • Official high school transcripts or GED records scores if you have completed less than 30 college credits
