Making It Official: Your Tuition and Housing Deposits
Tuition Deposit
To accept the Rider University offer of admission, you will need to submit a non-refundable tuition deposit. See below for instructions.
Housing Deposit
If you plan to live on campus, you must complete and return the enclosed Housing Application and Agreement. You will need your Bronc ID, which appears at the bottom of your acceptance letter, to complete this form. A non-refundable housing deposit is required and may accompany your Housing Application (included in your acceptance packet) or may be paid online. See below for instructions.
Deposit Due Dates
- Regular and Early Action Admission May 1
- Early Decision (Binding) Admission February 15
- For admission offers dated later than April 17, deposits are due within two weeks of the date of your admission letter.

Important Information About Deposit Deadlines

Paying Online
If you pay online you will not need to submit the Admission Decision Form. Payment of the tuition deposit online secures your seat in the entering class. However, if you are requesting on-campus housing you still must return the Housing Agreement Form (included in your acceptance packet) immediately to:

Note: If you have been admitted through the EOP program, you must pay by check or money order. See below for instructions.
To pay online follow these easy steps:
1) Visit MyInfo
2) Click “My Info for New Students and Guests” in the gray box.
3) Click on “What’s my User ID?” and enter Last Name & SSN or Bronc ID (from your acceptance letter).
4) Once you have your user ID, click “Login.”
5) Enter your user ID and password. Your default password is your Bronc ID (from your acceptance letter) followed by the four digit month and date of your birth. (e.g. Bronc ID of 001234567 and a birth date of May 1 would be password 0012345670501)
6) Click again on “My Info for New Students and Guests” in the gray box.
7) Click on “iPay Deposits” and then “Make a Payment.”
8) Select the appropriate term. If you are requesting housing click all three boxes (Tuition, Room, and Security). Commuters should select Tuition, only.
9) Enter your credit card number and select “Submit.”

Paying By Check or Money Order
Please make your check or money order payable to Rider University. If you will not be living on campus, please pay only the tuition deposit. If you plan to live on campus, you may send one check or money order covering both your tuition deposit and your housing deposit. Please consult your acceptance packet for amounts required.
Please include your full name and Bronc ID (see the bottom of your acceptance letter) on your check or money order.
Please send your payment along with your Admission Decision Form and, if appropriate, Housing Agreement Form to the address below. (Both forms are included in your acceptance packet.)
