Financial Aid & Payment Information
At the present time, Rider University is able to offer need-based assistance only to U.S. citizens and eligible non-citizens, including Americans residing overseas, permanent residents (green-card holders), asylees and refugees.
Need-based financial assistance is not currently available to international students (visa holders) through Rider University. Students may pursue a loan program for international students offered through Citibank. In order to qualify for this loan you will be required to have a U.S. citizen serve as a co-signer. The loan is offered through Citibank at (800) 745-5473, or apply online at http://www.citiassist.com.
Rider does offer merit-based scholarships to qualified undergraduate students, as well as a limited number of graduate assistantships to graduate students.
