Christopher Christie to Speak at Rider on March 27, 2007

U.S. Attorney Christopher Christie, the federal prosecutor for the state of New Jersey, will speak on "Restoring Faith in Government: The Fight against Political Corruption" on Tuesday, March 27, 2007 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. in the Bart Luedeke Center Theater.

Christie and his staff have successfully prosecuted more than 80 public officials from both parties in the state in the last five years, spurring ethics and procedural reforms in state and local politics in New Jersey.

The event is sponsored by Rider University Institute for New Jersey Politics and the Hennessy Fund and is open to the public.  For further information contact Dr. David Rebovich, managing director of the Institute, at 896-5389.
